Justin Aanrud serves as Vice President of Project Management – Electrical at Wendler Inc., where he provides leadership and oversight for complex electrical and high-voltage infrastructure projects.  

Justin guides project management teams to ensure disciplined execution, transparent client communication, and consistent performance across all phases of delivery. His role focuses on aligning technical scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination to provide clients with a streamlined, turnkey experience—particularly on projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex electrical infrastructure. 

Justin brings two decades of experience in the energy sector, including 17 years developing large-scale wind and renewable energy projects worldwide. He has overseen individual projects exceeding $300 million and managed annual portfolios surpassing $1 billion. Utilities across the Midwest also rely on Justin and the Wendler team when urgent infrastructure issues arise, mobilizing quickly to restore electrical service and stabilize critical systems. 

Known for building positive, performance-driven environments, he takes pride in developing teams and helping individuals grow into leadership roles. For Justin, success is measured not only by schedule and budget performance, but by ensuring every team member goes home safely and every client receives clear, accountable project leadership.
