Jamie Rich serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wendler Inc., where he sets the strategic vision and long-term direction of the company.

He is responsible for aligning leadership, operations, and culture to ensure Wendler continues to deliver complex infrastructure projects with discipline, integrity, and consistency.

Under his leadership, the organization has strengthened its operational depth, expanded its capabilities, and reinforced its reputation as a trusted partner to municipalities, utilities, and public agencies across the Midwest.

Jamie’s perspective is shaped by a career that began in the field. At 18, he started as a laborer constructing cast-in-place concrete structures and continued working in the trades throughout college before advancing into engineering and executive leadership roles. Over the course of his career, he has served in positions ranging from Field Engineer and Project Manager to Vice President and CEO, contributing to highway structures, water and wastewater treatment facilities, electrical substations, stormwater pumping stations, and flood mitigation systems.
