Bruce Marsh brings more than 35 years of experience in construction engineering, operations leadership, and municipal infrastructure delivery.
As Wendler’s Vice President of Business Development, he directs all preconstruction services, including detailed cost modeling, constructability review, procurement strategy, value engineering, and risk identification.
Bruce works closely with owners and design engineers to ensure alignment between scope, budget, schedule, and performance objectives long before construction begins.
Bruce began his career as a Field Engineer in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and advanced into senior leadership roles before returning to Iowa. His career has spanned field operations, executive management, real estate development, and infrastructure contracting, providing him with a broad perspective on risk, finance, constructability, and long-term asset value.
Throughout his career, Bruce has contributed to complex and high-profile infrastructure efforts, including work associated with White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico and the nearly $1 billion Cedar Rapids Flood Control System, where Wendler continues to play a central role.
