Brad Walker serves as Vice President of Field Operations at Wendler Inc., where he leads field execution across the company’s heavy civil, water and wastewater, flood mitigation, and utility infrastructure projects. 

Brad provides hands-on leadership and real-time problem solving to ensure projects move forward safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. Brad supports superintendents and field crews across multiple jobsites, reinforcing operational standards while helping teams navigate the daily challenges that come with complex infrastructure construction. 

Brad’s career began in the field, and has advanced through nearly every level of construction operations in the industry. That progression gives him a practical understanding of field logistics, workforce coordination, and the realities of heavy civil construction. 

Known internally as a steady presence during demanding situations, Brad approaches his role with a solutions-first mindset, addressing challenges directly and keeping projects moving forward.
